Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Partner is its hands‑on recruiting partner responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring talent in Mexico while supporting broader North America talent initiatives. Based in Monterrey, this role manages full‑cycle recruiting for assigned positions, builds local talent pipelines, and represents RailPros in the market through universities, career fairs, job fairs, professional networks, and community partnerships. The role also supports RailPros' North America internship program, helping create a consistent and engaging experience from campus outreach and candidate selection through program coordinator and conversion to full‑time opportunities.
