The Export Department of Groupe Chantelle is looking for its future Senior Key Account Manager (M/F) for a permanent contract in Mexico.

Operational And Resolutely Focused On Business Development, You Will Actively Contribute To The Growth Of The Subsidiary.Your Main Missions Will Be As Follows

Performance Analysis
- Define, track, and analyze key KPIs at the client level to drive overall business performance.
- Proactively identify and assess growth opportunities and risks across all our key accounts, including budget management, sales floor negotiation, action plans, and marketing strategies.
- Competitive intelligence to ensure we maintain an optimal offer and competitive pricing levels.
- Managing the operations : stock management, stock analysis, buying orders follow-up

Business Development
- Drive the expansion of the Wholesale activity: identify, prospect, and secure new strategic partnerships (new accounts, sales agents).
- Introduce and develop new strategic product categories in the market (such as swimwear, pulpies, etc.).
- Ensure development in the Mexico area.





Team Management and Coordination
- Direct, supervise, and lead the current sales team (5 people).
- Coordinate relationships and potential agreements with external partners for team management and staffing.
- Oversee the overall training strategy for field teams (via the supervisor).
- Monitor administrative operations in connection with third-party services (accounting, payroll).
- Mastery of Hard Selling codes and listing negotiations; concrete field experience with department store buyers (notably Palacio de Hierro and Liverpool). Ability to build lasting trust-based relationships based on empathy and a deep understanding of your clients' needs.
