Reporting to the IT Project Manager the Business Systems Analyst's role involves:What a typical day looks like:Research complex business problems and propose automated solutions, incorporating user experience design to improve operations and process efficiency.Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems - including designing UI mockups, prototypes, and user flows to visualize solutions before implementation.Research, design, and test new systems and enhancements, leveraging graphic design and visual communication to create stakeholder-ready deliverables.Create infographics, dashboards, and visual documentation to communicate system changes and project status.Communicate with users to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, using visual guides and user-centric design to ensure smooth adoption.Execute Integral IT projects with integrated design and communication deliverables.The experience we're looking to add to our team:Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Intermediate English proficiency.Strong experience developing dynamic dashboards using Tableau (preferred) and/or Power BI.Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL query development.Knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle,



and/or Flex Flow databases.Experience with SharePoint content management and design.Experience working with computerized databases, process documentation, and guidelines.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
