? We're Hiring — Head of Delivery (Mexico)

MincaAI builds AI-powered workflow automation software for the insurance industry. We design intelligent agents that automate complex, repetitive operational processes — from document intake and data extraction to smart matching and decision support — so that teams can focus on high-value work instead of manual tasks.

We're growing fast, and we're looking for a Head of Delivery based in Mexico to own our entire client project portfolio. The mission is simple to state and critical to execute: make sure every project we promise gets delivered — on time, at the expected quality level, with measurable business impact.

? The role

You'll sit at the intersection of three worlds: Client × Insurance × AI/Technology. You won't inherit an existing machine — you'll build the Delivery organization that carries MincaAI through its next growth stage.

? What you'll do

— Own the full portfolio of client projects: commitments, quality, timelines, priorities, and early resolution of blockers

— Know at all times where each project stands, what's stuck, what's about to slip, and what decision needs to be made

— Manage and grow our Project Managers — raise their autonomy and their standards

— Define a delivery methodology that's demanding but not bureaucratic, built for a fast-growing tech company

— Step directly into strategic accounts and complex situations

— Build trusted relationships with business leaders and executives at insurers and brokers

— Make sure our teams don't just "ship software" — they understand the business problem and deliver the outcome the client is actually after

— Turn first successful projects into long-term relationships and larger deployments

— Work hand in hand with Product, Engineering, AI and Business Development

— Build a scalable delivery machine: playbooks, deployment templates,



delivery KPIs, capacity planning, resource allocation, early risk detection, continuous improvement The goal: industrialize what can be industrialized, without losing the agility that makes us fast.

✅ What we're looking for

— 7 to 12+ years of professional experience

— Strong track record delivering complex technology projects

— Experience managing Project Managers, consultants, or delivery teams

— Ability to run multiple clients and projects in parallel without dropping the ball

— Excellent communication with C-Level stakeholders

— Exceptional organization and prioritization skills

— Enough understanding of software architecture, APIs, data and AI to work effectively with technical teams

— Pragmatic: you make decisions with imperfect information

— Hands-on: you go into the details of a project when the situation requires it

— Entrepreneurial: you're comfortable where a lot still needs to be built

— Someone who'd rather solve a problem than explain why it exists

— Professional Spanish and English required, FRENCH is a plus

Nice to have: insurance / Insurtech, technology consulting, B2B SaaS, or complex solution integration background.
