Your Role

As a Human Resources Administrator at Phillips Medisize, you will play a key role in supporting Human Resources processes that directly impact the employee experience. You will be responsible for ensuring the accurate administration of employee information, supporting onboarding activities, internal employee movements, benefits administration, and other HR-related administrative processes. Through your work, you will contribute to efficient, accurate operations that align with organizational policies and objectives.

Our Team

You will be part of the Human Resources team, working closely with leaders, employees, and cross-functional partners to provide administrative and operational support throughout the employee lifecycle. Our team is focused on creating value for the organization through operational excellence, process compliance, and a positive employee experience.

What You Will Do

- Maintain and manage employee data within Human Resources systems, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
- Provide support for recruitment, onboarding, new hire integration, and internal employee movement processes.
- Manage employee personnel files while ensuring the integrity, confidentiality, and accessibility of documentation.
- Coordinate and follow up on activities related to benefits administration, employee records, and personnel management processes.
- Respond to employee and leadership inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and transactions.
- Prepare Human Resources reports and metrics to support business decision-making.
- Support training activities, internal communications, and organizational development programs.
- Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with legal and corporate requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing HR processes.




- Deliver a high level of internal customer service while promoting a positive employee experience.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in administrative roles within Human Resources.
- Experience managing employee records, personnel documentation, and HR administrative processes.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and personnel administration practices.
- Experience using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), ERP systems, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Conversational English proficiency.

What Will Put You Ahead

- Experience in manufacturing environments, medical device companies, or other highly regulated industries.
- Knowledge of payroll processes, benefits administration, and compensation management.
- Experience participating in Human Resources audits and compliance-related activities.
- Knowledge of Workday, SAP HR, or similar systems.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Service-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
