Eaton seeks a Customs Lead in Mexico to oversee import/export operations and ensure full compliance with Mexican and international customs regulations. You will lead a team, drive process improvements, and collaborate with general COE teams to align trade policies with Eaton standards.
The role requires 5–7 years in Trade Compliance, IMMEX program administration, and bilingual English/Spanish communication. Based in Tijuana, you will coordinate with the GTM managers and VAT Certification Manager
