Major Accountabilities

Meeting, Congress & Event Operations
- Monitor planning timelines, event milestones, and operational readiness for all events
- Provide on-site support for top customer engagement congresses throughout the US
- Reinforce standardized operating procedures to drive consistency and excellence
- Oversee a team of Meeting, Congress & Event professionals, providing coaching and training
- Ensure meetings and events are executed in accordance with company policies, industry regulations, and compliance requirements
- Partner with Compliance, Legal, and Procurement teams to maintain adherence to policies
- Foster a culture of accountability, customer focus, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Monitor event budgets, purchase orders, invoices,



and expense reconciliation

Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external event partners
- Manage vendor partnerships and ensure service levels are achieved
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align event execution with business objectives
- Support implementation of technology solutions, reporting tools, and best practices
- Drive adoption of standardized processes

Key Performance Indicators
- Successful execution of meetings, congresses, and events
- Compliance and governance adherence
- Budget and financial stewardship
- Stakeholder satisfaction
- Timeliness and accuracy of event planning deliverables

Education
- Bachelor's Degree required

Required Experience
- 3+ years of experience in meeting planning, congress management, event operations, commercial operations, or related functions
- Minimum 1 year of people management experience
