Team: 1 Participant Specialist + 1 Intern

Location: Mexico City (Hybrid — minimum 1 day/week in office, plus event attendance)

The Participant Engagement Manager is owner and responsible for network growth, key account management, and customer service, helping more responsible businesses commit to the Ten Principles.

The position will report directly to the Executive Director and will lead a small team consisting of one Specialist and one Intern. The Manager will work closely with the Communications & Marketing and Impact teams to maintain an effective prospect pipeline, a compelling value proposition for participants, and a coordinated approach to partnership opportunities that arise from participant relationships.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Leads outreach, key account management, and engagement in Mexico through presentations, public engagements, and marketing partnerships to extend the awareness and reach of the UN Global Compact among relevant business audiences.
