We are seeking a Chief-level AI Solution Engineering leader to embed AI into everyday software development workflows and tooling across front-end and back-end teams. You will evaluate and integrate AI-assisted engineering practices, automate SDLC tasks, and measure impact on developer velocity and quality.
Responsibilities
- Define AI enablement strategy to improve engineering productivity across front-end and back-end teams
- Evaluate and deploy AI-assisted development tools for IDEs, code generation,



and workflow acceleration
- Design agentic workflows to automate repetitive engineering tasks and reduce developer friction
- Automate SDLC processes such as unit test generation, documentation generation, and PR summaries
- Integrate AI-driven checks into CI/CD pipelines to detect bugs, vulnerabilities, and structural issues earlier
- Create prompt engineering guidelines and best practices for safe, effective AI usage in development
- Lead workshops and coaching sessions to upskill engineers on AI-assisted software development
- Collaborate with DevOps to standardize AI tooling across pipelines and developer environments
- Measure developer velocity and efficiency gains using delivery metrics and team feedback
- Report outcomes and recommend iterative improvements based on data and engineering needs
