The Job:
As a Técnico de Seguridad Patrimonial, you’ll be part of our Seguridad Patrimonial team working as an on-site employee.
You’ll get to:
- Support the Security team in activities related to physical protection, loss prevention, and control of company assets.
- Ensure compliance with CT-PAT requirements and support continuous improvement of the security management system.
- Coordinate and control the activities of the external security guard service, including attendance, headcount coverage, training, and post assignments.
- Perform facility rounds, generate reports on findings, and follow up on corrective actions until closure.
- Monitor access control systems, security cameras, fire system panels, emergency doors, and report deficiencies for timely repair.




- Generate incident reports during the shift and communicate them to direct supervisors and other stakeholders as required.
- Support emergency response activities, including evacuation and communication brigades, while coordinating private security officers and maintaining communication with EHS.
- Deliver induction training for new employees and contractors on security procedures and controls.
- Coordinate employee entry and exit processes and ensure access filters are followed according to applicable security procedures.
- Implement and communicate security procedures, improvements, and operational instructions based on business needs.

- High school diploma or completed technical degree.
- Experience in corporate security, asset protection, and personnel supervision.
- Knowledge of CT-PAT require
