Qualifications / Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Logistics, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Intermediate to advanced written and verbal English communication skills.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in international trade, customs compliance, logistics, or a related area.
- Knowledge of Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) classification and HS Codes.
- Understanding of import/export regulations and customs procedures is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor daily activities within the assigned area.
- Provide guidance and support to team members as needed.
- Review and analyze data related to trade compliance, logistics, or operational processes.
- Prepare, maintain, and verify documentation required for import/export operations.
- Support the management of certificates of origin and related documentation.
- Identify and apply applicable trade programs, preferential treatments, or regulatory benefits in accordance with established procedures.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with customs regulations, internal policies, and company procedures.
- Generate reports and provide recommendations based on operational and compliance data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and compliant trade operations.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
