Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the weekly review materials program of customer requirements, ensuring alignment with production capacity and material availability.
- Lead and validate materials planning activities with planners to confirm requirements are properly reviewed and approved for execution.
- Ensure accurate and timely forecast uploads in planning systems to support effective communication with suppliers.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing and Supply Chain teams to validate long lead-time materials and prevent production risks.
- Oversee the accuracy of ERP/MRP systems, ensuring production lines are updated for splice, kitting, and special orders.
- Participate in engineering change processes, validating material break points and implementation timing to avoid disruptions.
- Provide direction and support to the Materials/Production Control team, ensuring process compliance and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in Production Control, Logistics, Materials,



or Supply Chain within the automotive wiring harness industry.
- Proven experience managing Production Control & Logistics (PC&L;) activities in manufacturing environments.
- Intermediate level of English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in personnel management.
- Knowledge of SAP system.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills.
