We are looking for a motivated and analytical Business Analyst Trainee to join our team. This is an entry-level opportunity for candidates who are interested in business analysis, requirements gathering, process improvement, and working closely with business and technical teams.
The adecuado candidate should have strong analytical and communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in understanding business processes and translating business needs into clear requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with business stakeholders to understand business requirements, processes, and objectives.
- Assist senior Business Analysts in gathering, documenting, and analyzing requirements.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, and process flows.
- Participate in requirement-gathering meetings, workshops,



and stakeholder discussions.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Create process flow diagrams, use cases, and basic business models.
- Coordinate with development, QA, and business teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test scenarios, validating results, and tracking issues.
- Maintain requirement documentation and project-related reports.
- Assist with data analysis and prepare reports using Excel, SQL, or BI tools as required.
- Learn and apply Agile/Scrum methodologies and participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
