We are scaling quickly, and this role will be key to driving our finance operations across the LATAM region.

As a Junior Accounting Specialist, you will drive the operational processes that serve as the vital bridge between the organisation’s daily operations and its financial core, ensuring that every general ledger entry, bank reconciliation, expense report, and closing schedule meets our highest accuracy requirements, accounting deadlines are strictly respected, and financial controls are managed with absolute precision.

This isn’t just about processing transactions; it’s about inspiring operational excellence to build organisational trust, maintain US GAAP compliance, and ensure our leadership and global stakeholders have the financial visibility and reliable reporting they need to scale with confidence, every single time.

What You’ll Do





- Maintain real-time accounting tracking and bank reconciliations under US GAAP standards by recording journal entries, payroll, accruals, and cut-off entries in the general ledger.
- Verify, process, and validate supplier invoices and manage the end-to-end processing, validation, and accounting entry of corporate expense reports and employee reimbursements in compliance with internal policies.
- Support monthly and year-end closing activities by analysing, reconciling, and providing detailed balance justifications for assigned general ledger and balance sheet accounts.
- Assist internal and external audit processes by preparing supporting accounting schedules, operational expense documentation, and financial records.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional, regional, and international finance teams (US & LATAM) to resolve discrepancies and support multimoneda accounting operations.

What You Bring

- +3 years of experience in general accounting, journal entries, bank reconciliations, and account analysis, with dedicated experience in US accounting and US GAAP.
- Proven track record in Accounts Payable (AP) workflows, supplier invoice validation, and managing corporate reimbursements, viáticos, and expense report audits.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance,



Business Administration, or a related field.
- High proficiency in advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, data cross-referencing) and hands-on experience with major financial ERPs (such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks).
- Familiarity with expense management software (such as Expensify, Concur, Ramp, or similar platforms) is highly valued.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken). Proficiency in French, Spanish, or other group languages is a strong plus.
