About the Opportunity An established integral technology organization serving professional services markets is seeking a Software Engineering Lead to drive the development of innovative software solutions used by customers worldwide.

This role combines hands-on software development with technical leadership, team mentoring, and project delivery. The successful candidate will help shape technical direction, lead engineering best practices, and support the growth of a high-performing development team.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

- Serve as the primary escalation point for technical issues within the engineering team.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications using modern technologies.
- Translate business and product requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Write and review high-quality code and technical specifications.
- Resolve complex technical issues and system defects.

Team Leadership & Mentorship
- Lead, mentor, and develop software engineers.
- Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management activities.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Encourage adoption of engineering best practices and coding standards.

Software Development & Delivery
- Participate in Agile development processes including Scrum and Kanban.




- Promote test-driven development and quality-focused engineering practices.
- Design and maintain complex data models and application architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stay informed on emerging technologies and industry trends.

Requirements

Essential Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Fluent English and Spanish communication skills.
- Strong experience with:
- .NET / C#
- Angular
- Software Architecture
- Complex Data Models
- Test-Driven Development (TDD)
- Experience working within Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
- Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Background
- Experience leading distributed or multicultural development teams.
- Exposure to enterprise SaaS platforms and large-scale software solutions.
