The role is responsible for financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, performance analysis, cost optimization, inventory management, and decision support across factories and supply chain functions in Americas (North America + LATAM). The position works closely with Operations, Manufacturing, Planning, Logistics, and Commercial teams to improve profitability, productivity, and service performance.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Lead annual budget, rolling forecast, and mid-term planning processes for factory and supply chain costs.
- Develop financial models to evaluate operational scenarios and productivity initiatives.
- Support monthly business reviews and performance reporting.
- Monitor labor, overhead, maintenance, utilities, material usage variance, and conversion costs
- Act as trusted advisor to the Business Partners. Together with the Business Partner, identify productivity and cost-saving opp
