Brief Job Description: -Reporting to the Export/Import Supervisor, responsible for carrying out all transactions related to import and export of all goods.Responsibilities and Measurement Criteria with Time investment Needed on Each: -(This will describe the overall core responsibilities of the role, decision making responsibilities etc.)Import related activities:Contacting the vendors and suppliers abroad for import ordersSearching and selecting transportersRegistrations with the bonded warehouseDocument entries to the systemsOrganization of the import related paymentsInitiation and follow-up of all customs related activitiesFilings according to the cost estimationsAll activities related to letter of creditsExport & transit related activities:Communicating with customers abroadSearching and selecting transportersOrganization of transportation fee paymentsInitiation and follow-up of all customs related activitiesFilings according to the cost estimationsAll activities related to letter of creditsQualifications: -Required/ Minimum Qualifications: -University Degree – Management or Engineering school preferablyAdditional / Preferred Qualifications: -Fluent EnglishOther languages are a plusWell organized and able to work under pressureDrive and self motivation, after hours and weekend working might be requiredAvailable to travel within the assigned territory
