Management & Leadership Instructor (AI Training)

About The Role

We're looking for experienced management and leadership educators to help shape how AI understands organizational behavior, decision-making, and leadership strategy. Your expertise will directly influence the quality and accuracy of AI systems used by organizations worldwide.

This is a fully remote, adaptable contract role where your real-world knowledge of management theory makes a meaningful difference.

- Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do

- Review and evaluate AI-generated management and leadership scenarios for accuracy and realism

- Assess AI reasoning related to team dynamics, incentive structures, and organizational design

- Identify flawed assumptions, weak decision logic, or unrealistic recommendations

- Provide clear, structured feedback that improves how AI models approach managerial thinking

- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are





- 3 years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level

- Strong command of organizational behavior, leadership theory, and management frameworks

- Skilled at evaluating decision-making quality and identifying logical tradeoffs

- Comfortable reviewing written scenarios and providing detailed, constructive feedback

- Self-motivated and reliable in a remote, asynchronous environment

Nice to Have

- MBA or Master's degree in Management or a related field

- Hands-on industry experience in leadership, operations, or organizational development

- Familiarity with AI systems or content evaluation workflows
