About the role
Carrier Operations is looking for a high performance & goal oriented professional to lead Continuous Improvement initiatives throughout our factories including the full value stream (suppliers, internal operations and customers). Guide, coach and mentor the Carrier Excellence (Cx)



Operating system thru a structured process and series of improvement initiatives in Manufacturing and Business processes.
This position will report to the Cx & Lean Americas Leader and be based in a Mfg site located in U.S.
Key Responsibilities
As a Sr. Manager Carrier Excellence , you’ll be responsible for:
- Drive sustainable improvements across the business.
- Foster a teamwork environment, on either a leadership or peer role.
- Coach / guide / mentor / assist Site Managers translate business goals, initiatives and improvement targets into CI initiatives to be included in site’s Macro Plan
- Provide CI relevant training to develop Cx & lean capabilities.
- Train Cx champions, influencers and enable the new framework rollout
- Lead kaizen events / projects aligned to improve performance and foundational gaps.
- Enable synergy channels to communicate and implement best practices.
