Your Contribution
As a Quality Chief, you will lead and strengthen the Quality Management System across manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with quality standards while driving continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization.
You will play a key role in promoting a culture of quality, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Lead and develop the Quality team within the manufacturing operation
- Oversee implementation and maintenance of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001 and related standards)
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, process performance, and customer satisfaction
- Lead root cause analysis, CAPA activities, and corrective action follow-up
- Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure compliance with quality standards
- Support manufacturing operations in quality-related problem solving and process improvement
- Ensure proper control and calibration of measurement equipment
- Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams
- Monitor quality KPIs and implement actions to improve performance and operational effectiveness
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Advanced English
- Strong experience leading and implementing Quality Management Systems under ISO 9001, ISO 19011 is a plus
- Experience in manufacturing environments and continuous improvement initiatives
- Knowledge of quality tools such as Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, and CORE Tools
- Understanding of GD&T; and interpretation of product drawings and specifications
- Knowledge of metrology and measurement equipment control
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP pref
