About the Role

The Inside Sales Representative plays a critical role in expanding JumpCloud’s footprint in the US market by growing our customer base among small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs).

Operating in a high-velocity, transactional environment, this role serves as the primary bridge between IT professionals, business stakeholders, and JumpCloud’s Cloud Directory Platform.

By identifying regional IT challenges and positioning JumpCloud as the premier solution,



you will drive predictable revenue growth and secure new logos. Ultimately, this position empowers organizations across the US and broader region to modernize and secure their identity, device, and access management infrastructure.

What You’ll Do:
- Purpose: You will directly enable SMBs to secure their modern identity infrastructure, solving critical IT challenges across identity, device, and access management.
- Growth: Own the full sales cycle end-to-end, expand your expertise in cloud directory platforms, and master cutting-edge prospecting and AI tools (such as Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Apollo, ChatGPT, and Gemini).
