The Design Engineer will be responsible for the design, development, and improvement of plastic components and injection molds, ensuring that products meet customer requirements, engineering specifications, quality standards, cost targets, and manufacturability requirements.

Qualifications
Strong foundation in Design Engineering with experience in plastic molding design and optimization.
Background in Mechanical Engineering with knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and structural analysis.
Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for 3D modeling and technical drawing of plastic components.
Understanding of Electrical Engineering principles as they relate to integrated products and tooling systems.
Experience in Product Design, including concept development, prototyping,



and design validation.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Design, Industrial, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.
Knowledge of injection molding processes, mold design, and quality standards in manufacturing environments.
Ability to interpret technical specifications, engineering standards, and customer requirements.
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on-site.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
