We’re looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our Cancún team and help grow our customer base.
If you’re a confident salesperson who enjoys prospecting, cold calling, building relationships, negotiating, and winning new business, we want to hear from you.

What you’ll do
Prospect and develop new B2B customers through outbound calls and business development
Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective customers
Identify customer needs and provide competitive freight solutions
Prepare and negotiate freight quotes and rates
Build long-term relationships with customers and carriers
Grow and manage your customer portfolio
Work closely with our operations team to deliver excellent service
Track and achieve sales and activity KPIs
Identify opportunities to increase revenue and grow existing accounts

What we’re looking for




Sales or business development experience — freight/logistics experience is an asset
Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and developing new business
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Competitive, driven, and results-oriented mindset
Comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs
Strong organization and follow-through
Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take ownership
Fluent English required; Spanish is required
French is an asset

What we offer
Starting salary of $1,500–$2,000 USD/month based on experience
