We are seeking an experienced HR Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all Human Resources activities in the Monterrey, Mexico facility. This facility is a critical site within the Commercial Ice (Manitowoc Ice) Category of Commercial Water Solutions. This role will be responsible for maintaining strong employee and labor relations, and partnering with business leaders on strategic HR initiatives. This role will also be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating HR policies, programs, and practices that support organizational objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategic Business Partnership
Champion a positive, high-performance culture which aligns with Pentair’s values and supports employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.




Partner with the site leader and operations team to identify, develop, and implement innovative HR solutions that enhance business performance within a manufacturing environment.
Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
Lead change management initiatives that promote trust, transparency, and employee involvement during organizational growth and transformation.

Leadership Development
Lead talent review and succession planning processes using a consultative approach to ensure a strong leadership pipeline.
Coach leaders to foster an engaging work environment that encourages collaboration, accountability, recognition, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with leaders to create and successfully execute Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and other talent development initiatives.
Equip managers with the tools, training, and resources necessary to
