As a Technical Sales professional, you will play a key role in driving business growth by developing competitive and value-driven proposals for high-voltage solutions. Your day will involve analyzing technical and commercial requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and engaging directly with customers to deliver tailored solutions. You will lead both the technical and commercial discussions throughout the bidding and negotiation phases, ensuring high-quality deliverables within defined timelines.

How You’ll Make An Impact

Lead the analysis of technical and financial documentation for bid preparation
Develop strategic technical and commercial proposals aligned with customer needs and business goals
Define and execute business strategies based on market and industry insights
Lead technical and commercial negotiations with customers during clarification and contract phases
Drive continuous improvement through digital tool development and mentoring less experienced team members

What You Bring





Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field with experience in high-voltage equipment
Strong knowledge of electrical engineering, project management, and advanced MS Office skills
Experience or interest in programming and data analysis is a plus
Advanced English proficiency; basic German is a plus
Analytical, structured, resilient, with strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills, and a strong sense of ownership
