Under general supervision, this position leads a team responsible for managing outsourced maintenance to ensure timely repairs, cost control, and compliance with company standards. The role oversees vendor relationships, approves high-cost repairs, and leverages operational data to improve workflow and efficiency. Additionally, this position drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and reduce expenses.
• Lead and manage the maintenance outsource team, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to ensure operational excellence and employee engagement • Oversee vendor performance and relationships, setting service standards and ensuring timely repairs, cost control, warranty compliance, and quality outcomes • Approve and oversee high-cost repairs exceeding $3,000,



balancing cost control with operational needs to minimize downtime and expense • Analyze and utilize operational reports to direct workflow, monitor audit results, and implement process improvements for efficiency and cost reduction • Maintain accurate vendor profiles, submitting updates and change requests to management to ensure data integrity and compliance • Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements across all outsourced maintenance activities • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, collaborating with internal stakeholders to optimize vendor performance, service quality, and cost efficiency.
