What you'll do
We're looking for a Chief of Staff. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to the CEO, serving as a force multiplier to ensure our mission of modernizing corporate spend management across Latin America is executed with precision. You will sit at the intersection of strategy, operations, and investor relations, driving high-priority initiatives that bridge the gap between vision and departmental execution.
Strategic Orchestration: Collaborate directly with the CEO to refine Clara’s strategic roadmap, ensuring long-term goals are translated into actionable workstreams across the organization.
Investor Relations & Capital Markets: Serve as a key point of contact for our investors, managing high-stakes communications and preparing materials for board meetings and fundraising rounds.
Operational Excellence: Audit and optimize internal processes to eliminate
