In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
* Develop and execute strategic market and product line business plans aligned
with growth and operational efficiency goals.
* Identify opportunities to build internal technical capabilities, including
test stand design and development.
* Analyze market trends, customer needs, and internal capabilities to define
strategic direction.
* Support the transition from external procurement to in-house solutions,
improving cost efficiency and flexibility.
* Create compelling business cases and presentations to support investment and
capability development decisions.
* Evaluate make-versus-buy scenarios, including partnerships, acquisitions, and
internal development opportunities.
* Conduct assessments for joint ventures, licensing agreements, and
collaborative engineering initiatives.
* Partner closely with engineering, operations, and production teams to align
business strategy with plant needs.
* Support faster execution of product validation and testing through improved
internal processes and tools.




* Build and maintain strategic relationships with stakeholders across functions
and locations, leveraging best practices from sister plants.
