About This Position

As Head of Business Expansion – Latin America, you will play a key role in accelerating sustainable growth across the region by identifying and developing new markets, customers, channels, and strategic partnerships.

You will shape and execute the regional expansion agenda, combining market insights, commercial strategy, and strong execution to unlock new growth opportunities. Working closely with cross-functional and local teams, you will build scalable business opportunities, strengthen our presence in existing markets, and expand our footprint across Latin America.

What you’ll do

Drive the business expansion and growth strategy across Latin America, identifying opportunities in new markets, customers, channels, and business models.
Accelerate growth in existing markets by increasing customer penetration and market coverage.
Identify, develop, and manage strategic relationships with key customers, distributors, and business partners.
Design and implement market-entry, partnership, and channel-development strategies.




Lead regional growth initiatives from opportunity identification through implementation, ensuring strong execution with cross-functional teams.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities to anticipate risks and identify new growth spaces.
Develop business cases, growth plans, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to support regional decision-making.
Track business performance and translate insights into concrete actions to achieve regional growth targets.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and other functions to ensure successful execution of expansion initiatives.

What makes you a good fit

Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, Commercial Leadership, Market Expansion, or a related commercial function within Latin America.
Strong track record of delivering growth through customers, channels, distributors, strategic partnerships, and/or new market dev
