About the Role
At Pavago, we are hiring for one of our clients seeking an experienced Bilingual Full-Cycle Sales Representative to join their growing sales team.
This role is idóneo for a proven salesperson who knows how to manage a pipeline, conduct consultative sales conversations, handle objections, follow up consistently, and close deals. International moving experience is preferred but not required—the client will provide industry training.
The ideal candidate does not need to be an industry expert, but they should already understand how to sell, manage opportunities, and take ownership of the sales process from initial lead engagement through close.
ResponsibilitiesSales & Lead Management
Respond to and engage with leads through the company's automated lead system.
Conduct discovery calls to understand customers' relocation needs, timelines, destinations, and requirements.
Manage opportunities from initial contact through quoting, negotiation, follow-up, and close.




Follow up consistently with prospects and open proposals to maximize conversions.
Consultative Selling & Closing
Present moving solutions based on each customer's specific requirements.
Prepare and explain competitive moving quotes in coordination with the internal team.
Handle objections confidently and communicate the value of the company's services.
Negotiate appropriately and convert qualified opportunities into booked moves.
Identify buying signals and use effective closing techniques to move opportunities toward a decision.
Pipeline & CRM Management
Take complete ownership of the sales pipeline and ensure opportunities consistently move forward.
Maintain accurate CRM records, notes, follow-ups, and pipeline stages.
Track customer interactions and ensure no qualified opportunity is left without follow-up.
