Position Summary
We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our Guadalupe manufacturing facility. This role will play a key part in supporting production operations, optimizing manufacturing processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring manufacturing readiness for new and existing products.
The adecuado candidate is a hands-on engineer with experience in manufacturing environments, process improvement, equipment support, and problem solving, who enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, improve, and implement manufacturing processes to support production goals.
Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, including Process Flows, PFMEAs, Visual Aids, and Work Instructions.
Design and implement fixtures, tooling, and poka-yoke solutions to improve quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
Analyze line capacity, cycle times, and manufacturing workflows to identify improvement opportunities.




Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
Support production troubleshooting and root cause analysis activities.
Participate in equipment installation, validation, and manufacturing readiness activities.
Maintain and update manufacturing routings and process-related data within ERP systems.
Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams to drive operational excellence.
Support layout modifications and manufacturing changes based on operational requirements.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Qualifications Required
Bachelor's Degree in:
Mechanical Engineering
Mechatronics Engineering
Electrical Engineering
Industrial Engineering or related field
3 to 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, or related roles.
Experience supporting manufacturing operations and production environments.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tool
