You will configure tools and processes to automate access, enforce security policies at scale, and implement robust SSO, MFA, and identity protocols (SAML, OIDC, SCIM).
Working closely with cross-functional IT and security teams, you will champion security best practices, safeguard critical systems against emerging threats, and participate in incident response.Your responsibilities will includeAdminister, support and drive Identity technology, configuration and operations.Configure tools,



processes and systems for automating access and policy enforcement at scale in a complex environment.Evangelize and implement security best practices for critical production systems.Collaborate cross-functionally with our IT team in implementing security best practices and support security initiatives around Single Sign-On (SSO) and MFA.Recommend and drive the adoption of technical security controls to strengthen security posture and identity user experience.Support security initiatives across the organization via identity practices to support infrastructure and cloud systems against attack.Participate in security incident response as neededMinimum requirementsBachelor's Degree and/or equivalent work experience5+ years of experience in a Identity/IAM roleStrong Technical proficiency in IAM solutions, such as Okta, Auth0, etc.Experience with large scale IAM environments and/or business requirements.Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies and strategies.Experience with identity protocols like SAML, SCIM, OIDC and OAuth 2.x.Preferred skills and experiencesExperience with Okta, AuthO, Ping or similar SSO technology.Security certifications to include: CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CCSK.Experience with administration of various information security tools, ie, configuration & policy updates in various Active Directory environments.Experience with monitoring and continuously assessing systems for security threats,
