Primary ResponsibilitiesProcess & ComplianceEnsure adherence to the ARM'D Process (Aon Risk's Method of Delivery) and best practices for KPIs and CPIs.Maintain accurate, up-to-date information in Azure DevOps (ADO), including dashboards, user stories, tasks, and remaining work.Align team practices with Aon Reinsurance's agile methodology and external requirements (e.g., SOX reporting).
Facilitation & CoachingAttend and facilitate Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives).
