We are seeking professionals capable of independently designing complex welding fixtures for robotic welding cells in the automotive industry.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign welding fixtures using Siemens NX (Unigraphics).
Develop fixture concepts for BIW assemblies.Define locating pins, supports,



clamps and locating features to ensure dimensional accuracy.Apply GD&T; principles to guarantee manufacturing tolerances.Design fixtures capable of holding multiple sheet metal components during robotic welding operations.Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure manufacturability and quality.Interpret customer drawings and technical documentation in English.Mandatory Requirements5+ years designing Welding Fixtures in Siemens NX.Proven experience in BIW (Body-in-White) projects.Strong knowledge of locating pins, clamps, supports and fixture design methodology.Experience supporting robotic welding cells.Advanced technical English for reading engineering drawings and specifications.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Preferred BackgroundExperience in automotive companies
