TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Set up user accounts, permissions and passwords

Deploy and maintain desktop, thin client stations

Deploy and maintain printers, scanners, and other input devices

Deploy and maintain desktop phones, softphones, and conference room equipment

Operate and maintain local area networks, track significant problems and monitor performance

Ensure that all IT equipment complies with industry standards

Analyze and resolve issues, whether it is a major system crash or a forgotten password;

Train and support users with varying levels of IT knowledge and competence

Participate in both long and short term technology planning `

Maintain material traceability as required.

Able to lift 50lbs





REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Bachelor's Degree

5 years of experience in a similar position

Ability to communicate clearly andeffectively technology to users

Strong knowledge of:
Computers and related technologies
Components of local area networks
Local area network architecture
Microsoft operating systems Windows 7, 8, 10, Server 201x
Microsoft products such as Office 2016, Office 365, Teams
Understanding of thin client technology Citrix, RDS
Basic knowledge of Windows Active Directory
