About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring an AI-Native Marketing Coordinator to support marketing, content, growth, podcast production, outbound campaigns, events, and AI-powered operational workflows.
This is not a traditional Marketing Coordinator role. AI is expected to be the starting point for execution—not simply a tool used to polish finished work.
You’ll work directly with leadership and use tools such as Claude, Codex, OpenClaw, AI agents, and automation platforms to build workflows, accelerate execution, and improve how marketing operations run.

- Cold email and LinkedIn outreach
- Websites and landing pages
- Email marketing
- Conferences and webinars
- Sales collateral and creative assets
- Light technical operations

What You’ll Own
AI Workflows, Agents & Automation
- Work extensively with Claude, Codex, OpenClaw, AI agents, and automation tools
- Build and improve:
- AI-powered workflows
- Prompt systems
- Custom automations
- Internal AI tools
- Repeatable operating processes
- Use AI to accelerate research, content, outreach, creative production, and operational execution
- Research and test emerging AI tools as they launch
- Identify repetitive tasks that can be automated or streamlined
- Continuously improve workflows based on quality, speed, and business impact
- Treat AI as the starting point for execution rather than an occasional productivity tool
Content & Social Media
- Manage company social media channels end-to-end
- Draft and schedule
