The Senior Director, Software Engineering , is the senior technology leader accountable for end-to-end product development across the entire globalMarTech, AdTech, Customer, andCommercialportfolio . This leader owns engineering strategy and execution for all products and platforms in the portfolio, supporting customer experience, service experienceacross all regions (North America, LATAM, EMEA, APAC).

This is a foundational leadership role with the mandate, resources,and executive support to build and run a modern, durable product engineeringorganizationon a globalscale.



The leader directs a scaled engineering organization of 250+ associates and contractors operatingwithin a modern Product Operating Modeland is accountable for the resilience, scalability, and performance of platforms that directlyimpactconsumer engagement, commercial performance, and data-driven decision-makingworldwide.

The role requires a combination of deep technicalauthority andproduct orientation. The adecuado leaderis someone with strong engineering foundations who can move seamlessly from executive strategy conversations to architecture reviews and who will get hands-on and intotechnologywhen it matters.Above all, thisis a steady, calm voice thatleads toa large, globally distributed team through complexity and change.
