Company QUALCOMM SEMICONDUCTORES Y SISTEMAS AVANZADOS DE BAJA CALIFORNIA Job Area Operations Group, Operations Group > Program Analyst General Summary Job function of Project Analyst (PA) is to assist with various activities including administrative tasks, internal process handling and workflow tracking. Data Collection & Preparation - Collect data from multiple sources (databases, spreadsheets, APIs, surveys).

- Clean, validate, and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues (missing, duplicate, or incorrect data).
- Define data requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.

Travel

Support - Create travel plans, book flights, hotels, and visa for travelers.

- Prepare timely expense reports and planning spreadsheets.
- Create and update records in internal log of meetings and attendance. Booking and Expense Reports - Maintain memberships and payments.
- Create and track workflows using internal procurement system.
- Record and track invoices and payments; follow up with accounts payable as needed.

Other Administrative

Tasks - Maintain and update presentation templates as needed.

- Update policy and other documents as needed.
- Create and update various spreadsheets to track project metrics.
- Generate monthly reports for review.




- Support other assistants and take on other tasks as needed.

Meeting

Tracking - Maintain internal log of meetings and attendance.

Requirements - 2+ years experience in project analysis and/or administration.

- Proficiency with ChatGPT or equivalent, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications - Proactive, self‑motivated, strong organizational skills.

- Strong team player.
- Experience with SharePoint and Salesforce is a plus.

Education Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.

Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

- Associate's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of relevant work experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of relevant work experience.
