We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional to join our Intellectual Property practice.

This role combines client experience, IP docketing, case assignment, client communications, and workflow coordination. The idóneo candidate will help ensure that client requests and IP matters are properly received, assigned, tracked, and followed through to completion.

Key Responsibilities
Act as a point of contact for clients and internal teams.
Provide prompt, professional responses to client emails, including inquiries, follow-ups, and requests for information.
Coordinate and assign new cases and client instructions to the appropriate attorneys/paralegals.
Prepare and coordinate quotes and fee-related communications with clients.
Maintain and update IP docketing systems, trackers, and case-management platforms.
Monitor deadlines, pending actions, notifications, follow-ups, and case status.
Proactively follow up with team members to ensure timely completion of assigned matters.
Identify missing information, inconsistencies,



or issues and escalate them appropriately.
Support and improve internal workflows, procedures, and client-service processes.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, International Business, Business Management, or a related field.
IP docketing experience strongly preferred.
Law firm, IP practice, or professional-services experience strongly preferred.
Excellent organization, attention to detail, prioritization, and follow-through.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
Ability to manage multiple matters, deadlines, and competing priorities.
Proactive, service-oriented, and confident communicating with clients and attorneys.

Preferred Qualifications
USPTO experience is a strong plus.
Experience with U.S. trademark prosecution or trademark portfolio management.
Experience with IP docketing/case-management software.
Experience working with international c
