E-Commerce Marketing Specialist (TikTok Shop focused)
Remote | Full-time | 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern (versátil, we care about results, not clocks) | Fluent English required

Salary: $1200 to $1800 USD/month based on experience + profit sharing bonuses based on performance.

The Role
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist who can help make TikTok Shop a major growth engine for TopFoxx while supporting broader marketing, creative, influencer, and conversion initiatives.

This is not a traditional marketing manager role. You do not need prior TikTok Shop experience. You need to be a strong marketer who understands short-form content and learns platforms quickly.



We are looking for someone who executes and brings results. You should be able to receive a problem like: "TikTok Shop isn't performing the way it should. Figure out what's happening."… and independently investigate the data, identify the problems, develop a strategy, start implementing solutions, monitor the results, and continue improving.

You will work across TikTok Shop, creators, influencer marketing, creative strategy, paid media, website conversion, and e-commerce marketing. You do not need to be the world's best expert in every area. But you need to be curious, capable, hands-on, and willing to figure things out.

What Success Looks Like
Grow TikTok Shop revenue and conversion while using creators, content, creative strategy, and broader marketing opportunities to drive measurable e-commerce growth.
