Descripción:

Responsable de atender, analizar y dar seguimiento a la voz del cliente, identificando oportunidades de mejora y áreas de riesgo dentro del proceso. Participar en el desarrollo e implementación de proyectos de mejora continua, apoyando en el análisis de causas, seguimiento de indicadores y definición de acciones correctivas y preventivas.



Colaborar con las diferentes áreas involucradas para asegurar el cumplimiento de los requerimientos y expectativas del cliente, así como de los estándares y procedimientos de calidad establecidos.

Dar seguimiento a resultados, documentar avances y proponer soluciones que contribuyan a mejorar la calidad del proceso y la satisfacción del cliente.

Actividades:

Realizar y liderar análisis causa raíz para la resolución de problemas reportados por clientes.

Definir, implementar y dar seguimiento a acciones correctivas y preventivas detonadas de análisis causa raíz.

Garantizar el cumplimiento de acuerdo con lo establecido en la Norma ISO9001:2015.

Estudiantes en:

Ingeniería Industrial.

Ingeniería Mecánica.

Ingeniería Química.

O afín.

Requisitos:

7° semestre en adelante.

Sentido de organización.

Manejo de Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI).

Conocimiento en ISO9001:2015.

Inglés.

Competencias:

Analísis Estadístico.

Habilidad Verbal.

Liderazgo.

Colaboración.

Trabajo en equipo.
