Production Planning Team Leader
About the Role
The role is responsible for ensuring the availability of the goods, from the producing factory to the customers, and controlling related suppliers, processes and costs for transport and warehousing.
In addition, the role is responsible for owning, facilitating, and the administration of local company sales forecasting and demand management for his/her respective customers/customer-segments

What You Will Do
- Responsible for evaluating the capacity needs of the Reynosa plant to satisfy the needs of the different markets;
- Presenting the results of the SNOP process during the meetings
- From the prepared planning forecast, identify the change vs last SNOP
- Analyze the machine capacities of factory and highlight bottlenecks
- Highlight potential single manufacturing processes jeopardizing product supply and present potential solutions once agreed upon with management
- Connect with sourcing to investigate whether raw material supply will present an issue or not
- Analyses forecasting performance (establishes monthly KPIs and analyzes gaps with S&M;)
- Prepare data and drive monthly "Demand" S&OP; process (with local sales and marketing organization and in relation with Supply Chain)
- Ensures the respect of procedures for articles phase in/out, stocks & flows management with business partners and for invoice control.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data and parameters in SAP Demand Planning (baseline, promotions, PIPO, on short and mid-term horizon)

- Min 5 years in related position
- Practical knowledge of SAP
