Your primary focus will be building strong talent pipelines and coordinating recruiting activities that support the continued growth of BCN Mexico.WHAT YOU'LL DOUse online sourcing, networking, referrals, job boards, and social media to identify and attract candidates for campus and lateral rolesReview resumes and conduct initial candidate conversations to assess experience, qualifications, motivation, and role fitPartner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and support targeted recruiting approaches for each roleBuild and maintain relationships with universities in Mexico, including career services teams, faculty members, and student organizationsSupport campus recruiting events, including information sessions, workshops, job fairs, panel discussions, and employer-branding activitiesRepresent Bain and BCN Mexico with candidates, students, universities, and the wider talent communityMaintain accurate candidate profiles, pipeline information, and interview notes in the applicant tracking systemCoordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams,



helping provide a smooth and positive candidate experienceTrack recruiting activity and share talent-market observations that help improve sourcing and hiring decisionsStay informed about talent acquisition trends and bring new ideas to the teamABOUT YOUYou have up to two years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resourcesYou hold a degree or postgraduate qualification in human resources, psychology, business, or a related fieldYou are fluent in Spanish and have advanced English skills, with the ability to engage candidates and colleagues in both languagesYou are curious, proactive, and interested in sourcing and building relationships with candidatesYou are familiar with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, job boards, and social media platformsExperience using an applicant tracking system is an advantageYou have strong communication, organization, and prioritization skillsYou are comfortable using Excel and PowerPoint for tracking and reportingYou are interested in using talent-market data to identify insightsYou enjoy working collaboratively as part of a teamWHAT MAKES US A GREAT PLACE TO WORKWe are proud to be consistently recognized as one of the world's best places to work.
