GOSECO International Executive Search® has been exclusively retained by a leading global customer experience and business process outsourcing organization to lead the search for their next Director of Recruiting - North America.
This strategic executive will play a critical role in driving workforce growth and talent acquisition excellence across Mexico and the United States, supporting the organization’s continued expansion and operational success.
I. COMPANY OVERVIEW

As the company continues its rapid expansion throughout North America, it is seeking an accomplished talent acquisition leader capable of building scalable recruitment strategies, enhancing organizational capabilities, and ensuring access to high-quality talent aligned with long-term business objectives.
II. POSITION SUMMARY
The Director of Recruitment - North America will be responsible for leading all recruitment functions supporting operations in Mexico and the United States. This executive will develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that enable the organization to attract, hire, and retain top talent necessary to support both current operations and future growth initiatives.
The role requires a strategic, data-driven leader with demonstrated experience overseeing large-scale, high-volume recruiting organizations. The successful candidate will partner closely with executive leadership, human resources, operations, finance, and marketing teams to align workforce planning initiatives with business objectives while improving recruiting effectiveness, employer branding, and candidate quality.
This position demands exceptional leadership capabilities, strong business acumen, experience leading multicultural teams, and the ability to drive transformational recruiting initiatives within a fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment.
III.- ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute the overall talent acquisition strategy supporting operations throughout Mexico and the United States.
- Align recruiting initiatives with workforce planning requirements and the organization’s growth objectives.
- Partner with executive leadership, operations, finance, and HR teams to forecast hiring demand and support expansion plans.
- Oversee workforce planning initiatives to proactively address staffing requirements across programs, clients,
and locations.
- Manage the recruitment budget, including vendor relationships, sourcing investments, expenditures, and return-on-investment analysis.
- Establish performance standards, recruiting KPIs, and accountability measures across all talent acquisition functions.
- Monitor recruiting performance metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, candidate pipeline conversion, quality of hire, and productivity.
- Standardize and optimize recruiting processes to ensure scalability, efficiency, and improved candidate quality.
- Lead, mentor, and develop recruitment teams while fostering a high-performance culture.
- Identify attrition trends and recommend improvements to hiring profiles, candidate assessment methods, onboarding processes, and overall candidate experience.
- Ensure compliance with recruiting policies, labor regulations, and employment practices in both Mexico and the United States.
- Monitor labor market conditions, compensation trends, competitive hiring practices, and emerging recruitment technologies.
- Evaluate and implement innovative sourcing strategies, automation tools, AI-enabled recruiting technologies, and talent attraction initiatives.
- Partner with Marketing and Human Resources to strengthen employer branding and candidate engagement efforts.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership regarding talent market dynamics, workforce availability, and recruitment risks.
IV.- QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, workforce planning, or high-volume recruiting environments.
- At least 4 years of experience in a senior leadership capacity managing recruiting organizations.
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish with strong cross-cultural communication skills.
- Proven success leading large-scale talent acquisition functions supporting operations in both Mexico and the United States.
- Experience managing recruiting budgets, external vendors, sourcing strategies, and workforce planning initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to build, scale, and optimize recruiting teams within fast-growing organizations.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruiting technologies, and talent analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of labor markets,
employment regulations, and recruiting practices in Mexico and the United States.
- Experience within contact center, BPO, customer experience, or similarly high-volume environments is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, strategic planning, and change management capabilities.
- Experience partnering directly with executive leadership on workforce strategy and organizational growth initiatives.
- Willingness to travel as required. Valid U.S. visa preferred.
