Your new role
Ramboll is seeking a highly motivated Environmental, Health and Safety Consultant to join the firm! We invite you to bring your strong analytical abilities into play as you evaluate regulatory compliance risks, contamination and other environmental, health and safety issues.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Completing environmental site assessments of industrial and commercial sites and conducting due diligence reviews of multi-site portfolios for attorneys, lenders, developers, and industrial clients.
- Completing and managing limited environmental compliance reviews of industrial sites by reviewing and abstracting regulatory requirements for multi-media environmental compliance.
- Preparing, assembling, and submitting federal and state environmental permit applications, including air emissions, wastewater discharge, hazardous waste registration, and land use/impact permits, along with required technical attachments and application fees.
- Supporting the preparation of environmental impact studies, including sections and technical appendices, under Mexican regulatory frameworks, and supporting projects in achieving conformance and compliance with international sustainability standards.
- Approximately 40% travel, mainly within Mexico.
