Job Description

In brief, you will be responsible for:All Transportation execution processes.

Daily monitoring of queries via TMS, ensuring orders are planned & shipped on time

Facilitate communications/coordination between internal customer groups and external carriers and plant contacts to ensure attainment of service level objectives

Monitor data flows between ERP system, SAP and TMS systems to ensure synchronization for successful transportation execution

Identify Gaps in transportation capacity and initiate accurate measures with Transportation Capacity Planning team.

Daily interaction with off-site carriers and on-site carrier partners to resolve service and capacity issues with critical issue to management as needed.





Identify opportunities across Transportation network & activities to enable service & cost improvement

Track and trace of the on-transit shipments. Ensure that all hot loads of afterhours are collected or deliver on time.

Perform data analysis to identify trends, diagnose issues, and determine root causes; translate findings into actionable recommendations.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in supply chain management, Engineering, Business or related field

2+ Years' Transportation & Logistics experience

Proficiency in Transportation software & tools (TMS, OTM, SAP ORTEC & 4Kites)

Proficiency in Microsoft office tools.
