DESCRIPTION:Our Finance Operations team has built a transformational platform that replaced disconnected systems and streamlined financial processes. We're now expanding our Mexico-based team and looking for automation-minded professionals who are passionate about eliminating manual work and reimagining how finance operations should work.

Why This Role MattersYou'll be a part of a small Mexico-based team providing Americas coverage for a platform that manages substantial marketing spend globally. Your work directly enables:

Business teams to focus on content and marketing strategy instead of administrative tasksFinance leadership to make data-driven decisions with real-time visibilityAccounting to close books faster with unprecedented accuracySenior leadership to trust financial data for strategic planningMost importantly, you'll help build the automated finance operations platform of the future where systems talk to each other, manual work is minimized, and teams can focus on strategic value rather than transactional processing.

Key job responsibilitiesWhat You'll DoBe the Finance Partner Business Teams Rely OnYou'll be simplifying complex financial processes so marketing and industry teams can focus on what they do best: creating amazing experiences for music fans. You'll manage purchase order workflows, budget tracking, and provide real-time insights that drive strategic decisions.

You'll be at the forefront of this transformation, identifying automation opportunities, implementing process improvements using tools like make.com and AI solutions, and helping shape the future of finance operations. If you love finding ways to eliminate repetitive tasks and scale operations through technology, this role is for you.

Deliver Operational ExcellenceWorking with a globally distributed team across Mexico, Barcelona, and India, you'll ensure accuracy and compliance across thousands of transactions.

Build Strategic RelationshipsConduct monthly business reviews with marketing and industry teams across the Americas. Partner with Finance, Accounting, Legal, and General Procurement to resolve complex issues. Your insights will directly influence how users across multiple teams manage their budgets and projects.

What You'll Bring

3-5 years in finance operations, accounting, procurement, or related fieldsHands-on experience with ERP systems (COUPA, Oracle, SAP, or similar)Demonstrated passion for process automation and continuous improvementStrong analytical skills and comfort with financial data reconciliationBilingual fluency in English and SpanishPortuguese is a plusWhat Makes You Stand Out
