DESCRIPTION:Our Finance Operations team has built a transformational platform that replaced disconnected systems and streamlined financial processes. We're now expanding our Mexico-based team and looking for automation-minded professionals who are passionate about eliminating manual work and reimagining how finance operations should work.

You'll manage purchase order workflows, budget tracking, and provide real-time insights that drive strategic decisions.

You'll be at the forefront of this transformation, identifying automation opportunities, implementing process improvements using tools like make.com and AI solutions, and helping shape the future of finance operations. Deliver Operational ExcellenceWorking with a globally distributed team across Mexico, Barcelona, and India, you'll ensure accuracy and compliance across thousands of transactions.

Build Strategic RelationshipsConduct monthly business reviews with marketing and industry teams across the Americas. Partner with Finance, Accounting, Legal, and General Procurement to resolve complex issues. Your insights will directly influence how users across multiple teams manage their budgets and projects.

What You'll Bring

3-5 years in finance operations, accounting, procurement, or related fieldsHands-on experience with ERP systems (COUPA, Oracle, SAP, or similar)Demonstrated passion for process automation and continuous improvementStrong analytical skills and comfort with financial data reconciliationBilingual fluency in English and SpanishPortuguese is a plusWhat Makes You Stand Out
