HR Systems Analyst - Mergers & Acquisitions / Risk ManagementDescription -About the RoleHP has always been about using technology to help our customers succeed. Human Resources recognize us as the first stop for "the what" in digital enablement, as experts in providing solutions support to complex business problems, and as the gateway to IT.The primary responsibility of the Systems Analyst position in the HR Systems organization is to provide advanced systems support for Mergers, Acquisitions, Divestures and Outsourcing (MADO) projects for HR Systems. This role will be the primary bridge between HR MADO lead and the HRS organization. In addition, this role will support systems risk management processes across SOX and information security and will support special projects as needed. This role will have the opportunity to work across many areas of HP to analyze a rich collection of strategies, processes, and systems specific to HR.

Also, this position will work with a variety of people and technologies to evaluate system solutions and delivery mechanisms for our internal customers, while finding creative new ways of partnering with different business teams, functional groups, and IT partners to deliver new and enhanced processes and tools.Responsibilities:Lead HRS processes/configurations related to MADO transactions including providing project management support on acquisitions, divestitures, and other transactions.Partner with the HR MADO team, HRS, HR Global Services (HRGS),

HR Centers of Excellence, HR IT, Payroll, Payroll IT and senior stakeholders during due diligence,



and planning stages.Work with team to identify lessons learned and process improvements to support continuous improvement of HRS MADO infrastructure and processes.Update HRS MADO training materials, playbooks, templates, etc. for future HRS teams supporting deal activity.Solicit, develop, document, and manage business and technical requirements and provide detailed design, business rules and configuration options to support the requirements throughout project life cycle up to and through change control and move to productionUnderstand dependencies of all relevant systems that impact HR dataWork closely in partnership with HR MADO and functional teams to understand the business processes and be able to represent these business processes and business needs to HRITDocument processes, procedures, or new approachesIdentify operation issues and gaps and support implementation of a system solution in partnership with other work streams (HR global operations, Payroll, HR IT)Work cooperatively with HR Systems partners to ensure all enhancements are fully tested and moved to productionProvide initial assessment of change requests and system issues and partner with customers and other supporting work streams as necessary to troubleshoot and correct problemsEducation and Experience Required:Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources or a closely related disciplineMinimum of 6-10 years' experience in HR or technical related areaUnderstanding of HR systems such as Workday, Cornerstone, Eightfold, etc.Experience in supporting Mergers & AcquisitionsKnowledge and Skills:HR Systems/HR Operations knowledge or experienceAdvanced ability to use productivity tools, HR systems and applicationsDemonstrate the highest level of integrity and professionalismAdvanced project management skills,



especially coordinating/managing several projects at the same time, with well-developed sense of urgency, precision and follow through is a plusDetail oriented with advanced analytical, problem solving, pragmatism and organization skillsUnderstanding and experience with IT risk management processes, including information security, SOX, and management of vendor risk mitigation managementAdvanced experience in Workday across HCM required. Experience in Workday Compensation and Benefits as well as reporting and security modules are highly desiredStrong business analysis skillsExceptional attention to detailProven experience working in project oriented high-performing teams is a plusStrong personal networking skills with the ability to relate to executives and employees through all organizational levelsExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly present complex business and technical topics to a wide array of business, technical, and executive audiencesIndependent worker and definite self-starter.Experience working with enterprise systems is a plusExperience in large size companies with multiple functions / business units is a plus
