We are seeking a resourceful Strategic Sourcing Analyst - Global Supplier Tooling Management, to develop, deploy and implement a integral supplier tooling lifecycle management process and strategy.Reporting to the Sr.Manager of Global Supplier Development & Performance, you will be driving tooling KPIs, technical discussions, cost estimates and negotiating cost-effective contracts with key suppliers.**What your background should look like**- Bachelor's degree in engineering or in a related field.- At least 1 year tooling and procurement experience in a related industry.- Proficiency in sourcing software, such as SAP and e-Sourcing tools.- Superb leadership and communication skills.- Advanced ability to collaborate and negotiate.- Excellent organizational and time management skills.- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities.- Willingness to travel *****% to develop, promote, and maintain strategic sourcing relationshipsStrategic Sourcing Analyst Responsibilities:- Defining, deploying, and executing the AD&M; Global Supplier Tooling Lifecycle Management Strategy bycategory and technology.- Develop annual supplier Capex plan for tooling that is prioritized based on tool condition, lifecycle,
