**Vacante para la empresa BACK OFFICE DE CHIHUAHUA en Chihuahua, Chihuahua**:**Position Overview**:The Junior Business Development Manager supports the companys growth by identifying opportunities for strategic partnerships, market expansion, and service improvement.This role focuses on research, relationship building, and project coordination, **not direct sales.The goal is to provide support to C levels to help align company capabilities with client and market needs to drive sustainable business growth.****️ Key Responsibilities**:-**Market & Industry Research**:Conduct ongoing research to identify trends, emerging markets, competitors, and potential areas for business expansion.- **Partnership Development**:Support the development and nurturing of strategic partnerships, alliances, and referral relationships that align with company goals.- **Opportunity Analysis**:Evaluate potential business opportunities and prepare data-driven recommendations for management.- **Proposal & Presentation Support**:Assist in creating proposals, presentations, and reports that outline growth opportunities or partnership strategies.- **Cross-Department Collaboration**:Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align initiatives and ensure new business opportunities are executed effectively.- **Process Improvement**:Identify internal process gaps or inefficiencies and contribute to solutions that enhance client experience or operational performance.- **CRM & Pipeline Management**:Maintain accurate records of leads,
